  • Email Support: Responses within 24-48 business hours
  • Community Discord: Community support available 24/7, official support during business hours
  • Premium Support: As specified in your service agreement
For critical production issues, premium support customers have access to extended hours support.

What to Include

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your support request:

For Technical Issues

  1. TextLayer Core Version: The version of TextLayer Core you’re using
  2. Environment: Your operating system, Python version, and relevant dependencies
  3. Steps to Reproduce: Detailed steps to reproduce the issue
  4. Expected vs. Actual Behavior: What you expected to happen and what actually happened
  5. Error Messages: Full error messages and stack traces (if applicable)
  6. Logs: Relevant log output (with sensitive information redacted)
  7. Configuration: Relevant configuration details (with sensitive information redacted)
